Transitions:  Where You Are Is Just Temporary

...,think of LIFE because this is really what it is all about.  ...There is coming a time when we are going to have to transition from this tabernacle to another tabernacle...  ...we expect transition; moving from one stage to another.  We expect that the transition continues as time passes...
For purposes of this study read:
2nd Corinthians 5:1-10

Do You Have Your Appointment? ...It's Time

...As a verb, an appointment is the act of assigning to a position or office.  Most often you hear about it in the political arena but it happens in other areas as well, including the body of Christ.

Do you have your appointment?

An appointment is also a set time and place in order for parties to meet for a specific purpose. People make appointments to meet with physicians or lawyers accountants, the clergy, etc.  It’s time...

When we consider the purposes of God we must consider that everything happens by appointment; God appoints us to the specific positions that will accomplish His purpose....  For purposes of this study read:
Ecclesiastes 3:1-11

PRISON BREAK
...  There are literal prisons where men and women have been incarcerated because of crimes that they have committed. There are also virtual prisons that have people trapped. There are no physical walls or chains that hold them but they are prisoners none-the-less and need a prison break. God wants us to be free...

RESTORATION IS HERE!
   Fulfilling our destiny
...All of us have been or will be in a position that we need restoration.  Whether it is manifest in our bodies or our souls or the inner man, there will come a time when we will need restoration.

Restoration is putting things back into the position that God intended them to be from the beginning.  We must know that there is a destiny for each of us...

Luke 15:11-32

CHOICES
 ...
What does Psalm 121 have to do with making a choice?  A choice is an act of the will whereby we make a selection
from various options that we have in any given situation.  The Psalmist begins with, I will;...

We may ask the question, “what is the difference between a choice and a decision?”

Speak the Word Only
 ...
The church, the ekklesia, must be on guard, receive the message from God and speak the word of God only. The message that we repeat is the message that we receive. And when we repeat the message that we have received and believed, we conceive that message in the inner man and when something is conceived, it will produce unless it is aborted. We believe unto righteousness and confession is made unto salvation....

The  Difference Between Law & Grace
 ...
To get into the doctrine of salvation, you must come to Bible study. The focus in Bible study is on what really occurred when we accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. What does it mean when we say, “I am saved?”...

We hear that since we are saved, we are no longer under the law but we are under grace. The question comes to mind, “what is the difference between law and grace?”.
..
For purposes of this study read:
Galatians 3:16-29

God's Got This!
...When God tells us to take a step of faith we sometimes struggle because we begin to asses our situation from the natural perspective; from our perspective and not from God’s perspective.

An entire generation of Israel did not make it into the promised land because they did not trust God and looked to their own strength and found it wanting....

A New Mind for A New Year
  ...
The New Year is often thought of as presenting an opportunity for a new beginning.  This is a time when people feel that they can put away the failures of the previous year and look forward to success in the New Year.  People feel that they can get a fresh start; that all of the past is left behind and they can resolve to do better in areas where they think that they have failed or come short in the previous year...

God is Speaking to Me! (Part 2)
...David first speaks of God and how His glory is declared and His Work displayed.

Next, David focuses on the word of God.

Finally David focuses on the efficacy of the word where we are concerned and closes with a prayer concerning the words we speak.

Those are the three I want to deal with in this Psalm.  Last week, we focused on God....

Seeking the Presence of God
...God is our source and we need His presence in our lives at all times.  We especially need Him when we are going through trials or when we are under attack by the enemy.  When we are tried or attacked, our tendency is to look at our resources or the circumstances that we face.  However, I encourage you to look not at your resources but at your source.  Our source is El Shaddai, the ALMIGHTY God; the God who is more than enough.  It is in Him that we live and move and have our being...
